Is gratuity included?

No. Server gratuity is not included.
Cash tips are always appreciated, and yes, there’s an ATM on site.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual is recommended.
The venue is elegant, but no one is checking footwear at the door.

Are tickets refundable?

No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Can I move my ticket to another show date?

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at purchase.

Date changes are only available if Ticket Protection was purchased at checkout and are subject to availability.

What is Ticket Protection?

Ticket Protection is an optional per-ticket add-on that allows a one-time transfer for one ticket to another show date (pending availability) if you’re unable to attend.

• Ticket Protection applies to one ticket only
• Must be purchased for each ticket you want protected
• No refunds
• One transfer per ticket
• Transfer must be requested before showtime

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes. Name changes are always allowed at no additional cost.

What if I can’t attend and didn’t purchase Ticket Protection?

Unfortunately, without Ticket Protection, we’re unable to offer refunds, credits, or date changes.

Is there a drink minimum?

Yes. Show-Only tickets require a two-drink minimum per person.
Dinner & Show tickets do not have a drink minimum.

Can I record or take photos during the show?

Video recording is NOT allowed.
Photos are encouraged, as long as the flash is off.

Please be respectful of the performers and other guests.

What happens if the show is canceled?

If a show is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be given the option to transfer to a future date or receive a full refund.

A member of the Luka Live team will contact you directly if this happens.

Parking

You have a few easy options:

Street parking – Free after 6:00 PM, with availability nearby
Valet – Offered by the venue for $10
Two Fifty Parking Garage – One block north of the venue with reasonable rates

Seating

The show is held in a banquet-style room.

• Seating is open and first come, first served
Front Row Seats can be reserved for an additional fee
• The show is designed so there are no bad seats

Can our group sit together?

If tickets are purchased separately, we cannot guarantee group seating unless noted during checkout.

Please let us know in advance if you’re attending with another group.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes.

The handicap entrance is located on Michigan Ave, directly across from The Swinging Door. After entering, guests can use the elevator to access the restaurant.

Is the show for all ages?

The show is designed for adults, featuring dry, sarcastic humor and occasional innuendo. It’s not raunchy, but we recommend 16 and up.

Minors are welcome at a parent’s discretion. Just know what you’re signing up for.
