Is Gratuity Included?

Server gratuity is NOT included. Cash tips are always appreciated and yes, there’s an ATM on site.

Is there a dress code?

Due to the elegant nature of the venue, business casual is recommended.

Can I transfer/refund my tickets?

Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds or date transfers will be allowed.

Cancelations

If the show is canceled due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be given the option to transfer their tickets to a future date, or get a full refund. Someone from the Luka Live team will contact you in the event this happens.

Parking

1- Street parking. After 6pm street parking is free and there should be some available nearby
2- Valet- The venue offers a great Valet service that is both easy and affordable at only $10.
3- One block north of the Venue is Two Fifty Parking Garage with very reasonable rates

Seating

The show is held in banquet style room. Seating is open and on a first come first serve basis. Front Row Seats can be reserved for an additional fee. However the seating and show is designed in a way that there are no “Bad seats”

Is The Venue Handicap Accessible?

Yes. Our handicap entrance is located on Michigan ave. Directly across the street from “The Swinging Door”. After entering guests can use the elevator to get to the restaurant.

Is the show for all ages?

The show’s designed for adults, with dry, sarcastic humor and occasional innuendo. It’s not raunchy, but we recommend 16 and up, mainly because their search history is likely worse than the show. Minors welcome at parent’s discretion. Just know what you're signing up for.
