Our Story

Back in mid-2019, Luka started piecing together "Deceptions," a dinner theatre show planned for Milwaukee, with its big debut set for April 3rd, 2020. Then, a little thing called a global pandemic hit, and well, plans changed – the show was shelved. Fast forward to November, and a new venue reached out. The Social American Tavern, a fresh restaurant within a hotel, was feeling the sting of COVID. They wondered if Luka would be interested in hosting his dinner theatre show there. Initially Luka thought launching a live show during a pandemic was a terrible idea. However, he took the risk and on December 18th, 2020, "Deceptions" opened to a sold-out show . Despite the necessary precautions – masks on faces, tables spaced 6 feet apart, and no audience volunteers on stage – the show was a smash hit. We've since changed the name to "Luka Live," but the success hasn't waned. We consistently have a full schedule and aim to offer our guests a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable experience that is unmatched elsewhere.
